What happens if you don’t keep your stitch fix?
What if I didn’t like anything in my Fix? We’re disappointed your shipment didn’t have what you’re looking for. When you check out, leave us feedback. Our Stylists do their best to match your taste based on the information in your Style Profile and feedback.
Can you wear stitch fix and send them back?
You can keep and wear the items for as long as you like (but you’ll be charged on the same day every month, so to get the most value, you should return the Tote at least once per month). To receive another Tote, you must send back the items in the pre-paid return bag.
